Project Manager / Site Manager (m/f/d) – Interior Finishing & Renovation

Ideenreich Bau stands for high-quality renovations, modern interior finishing and reliable project management from A to Z.
We support our clients from the first idea to the final implementation – transparently, structurally and with high quality standards. Our projects range from complete renovations and interior finishing to electrical, sanitary and tiling work, as well as other construction services in interior and exterior areas.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Project Manager / Site Manager (m/f/d) who takes responsibility, supports clients professionally and independently organises and manages construction projects.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting our clients from the first contact to the completion of the project
- Conducting client meetings and site inspections
- Preparing and developing offers
- Coordinating and following up on ongoing projects
- Planning and organising construction site processes
- Coordinating and managing our teams of craftsmen
- Quality control and supervision of execution
- Communication between clients, office and construction site
- Responsibility for deadlines, processes and project structure
What you should bring
- Experience in site management, project management or construction site coordination
- General understanding of construction processes and trades in interior finishing
- Experience in the office side of the construction industry would be an advantage
- Very good German language skills
- Polish language skills are mandatory
- English language skills would be an advantage
- Organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking
- Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Driving licence class B
